1. Courier Partner

  • All our orders are shipped through our trusted logistics partner Delhivery.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to most pin codes across India serviced by Delhivery.

  • If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or process a refund.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days

    • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

    • Remote/Interiors: 7–10 business days

  • Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with an additional fee of ₹40.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your Delhivery tracking ID.

  • You can track your package directly at https://www.delhivery.com/.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to incorrect address, phone number, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply if you request another delivery attempt.

7. International Shipping

  • At present, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.
